The Financial Aid Office proudly uses the QLess system to make getting help easier and more convenient. We understand that waiting in long lines can be frustrating-especially with a busy schedule. With QLess, you can request a callback or check in for in-person services (including the counter and computer lab) by joining a virtual line.
Students may also schedule appointments with Financial Aid Counselors. Please note that counseling appointments are reserved for students who are currently disqualified for not meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements. Appointments scheduled by students who are not SAP disqualified will be cancelled.
