                    Campus-based Programs are

 administered directly by the Financial Aid/Veteran Services Office.  The amount of aid received is based on certain factors, such as students financial need, the amount of other aid received, and the availability of funds.  Fullerton College receives a certain amount of funds each year from the federal government.  When the funds are expended, no additional awards are awarded for the school year. 

 

FSEOG is a Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant that does NOT have to be repaid.  It is offered to students with the highest amount of unmet need.  Priority is given to Federal Pell Grant recipients. Funds are limited...APPLY EARLY!

 

Federal Work Study Program is money earned while attending school.  It does NOT have to be repaid and is offered to qualified undergraduate and graduate students through on-campus or off-campus jobs.  Students earn at least minimum wage, while gaining valuable experience.

 

FEDERAL PERKINS LOAN PROGRAM provides low-interest loans, which MUST BE REPAID. 

 

TIP:  Be aware of the deadline dates for applying to the various programs.
